50th Anniversary!

Yasgur Road Productions is happy to host a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock Music and Arts Festival in 1969. Located in Bethel, NY just one mile from the original site, the event takes place on Max Yasgur’s original homestead. We invite you to enjoy 4 days of camping, music, friends, family, and good vibes all nestled in the woods on Yasgur’s farm.

Tickets/Camping

There are 2 types of GA tickets available, one including camping, and one without camping for folks who live or are staying nearby. Camping spaces are limited so be sure to secure your spot as soon as possible. We are also offering a Glamping package for those who are traveling from far. Glamping packages will range from 2-4 people and include up to 4 twin beds, or 2 queen beds depending on the needs of your group.

Glamping

For those who are traveling from far and would prefer to leave the packing to us, we are offering Glamping packages for the first time this year. This will make it so that your campsite and furnishings are set up and waiting for you when you get here. All you need to bring is good vibes!

Each Glamping tent includes options for 2 people, however we have configurations available for up to 4 as well. The packages for 2 include:

  • 1 Queen OR 2 Twins (mattress and box-spring)
  • Bedding (sheet set, two pillows and cases, down comforter & duvet cover)
  • 2 Authentic Mexican Blankets
  • 2 Bedside Tables
  • 2 Turkish Throw Pillows
  • 2 High Quality Canvas and Wood Directors Chairs
  • 2 Lanters
  • 1 Woven Rug
  • 2 Luxury Towel Sets (washcloth, hand towel, bath towel + handmade soap)
  • 1 Brass Mirror
  • 16′ Diameter Tent

Parking

General parking will be off site at a local parking lot that we have contracted for the weekend. There will be a shuttle running between the parking lot, the festival, and other locations throughout the town for our guests to be able to get around conveniently. Please note: The ONLY vehicles that will be permitted to park on site will be RV’s, Sleeper vans/VW bus’, and handicap. This is to limit traffic on site during the weekend and ensure the safety of our guests.

No, this event is all ages. Children under the age of 12 are not required to have a ticket, however they will be required to wear a wristbrand with their parent/guardians contact information.

There are many options for getting to the farm as well as parking. GPS will be your best option for driving directions. Some GPS software will display the location as 34 Yasgur Rd. Cochecton, NY 12726, no need to worry, this will take you to the same location.

Parking will be available at a nearby lot that we have contracted for the weekend. Parking will be $50 per vehicle for the weekend. This will include a pass so you are able to leave the lot and return the following day if you are not camping. There is a shuttle service from the parking lot to the farm which is included in the price of parking.

If traveling by bus or train, Short Line has a bus stop in Monticello, NY which is 12 miles from the farm. There are many local cab services to get you from the bus stop to the farm if you can not find a friend on the way.

For those taking a train from NYC or other areas, you will want to take the New Jersey Transit Port Jervis Line from Secaucus, NJ to Middletown, NY. It is about a 45 minute drive from Middletown to the farm.

Good Vibes! More important to put here is what you CANNOT bring into the festival; PETS, GLASS BOTTLES, WEAPONS, FIREWORKS.

Regarding “Pets”: There is always a question regarding the difference between service animals and “pets”. Please allow this to clarify all questions and avoid any confusion when deciding to bring an animal. We have a strict no pets policy. This includes any animal that is not a trained service animal as defined by the ADA and New York State. Most importantly all service animals that do attend must be on a leash at all times and the owner will be responsible for cleaning up after the dog as required by the ADA guidelines. We take the safety of our guests as well as any service animals in attendance very seriously and therefore we hope you respect our policies and find alternate accomodations for your pets before arriving. If necessary we can recommend some great local kennels that are nearby, but they fill up fast so you will want to make your reservations soon.

It would be helpful but it is not required! When purchasing your ticket through Eventbrite we will have all of your information on record. Just bring your ID with you to the box office to pick up your wristbands. Be sure that if you are purchasing tickets for multiple people, that there is an ID to match each name on the reservation.
